What the MP3 option does

The service selects an available audio stream, downloads it, and uses FFmpeg to create an MP3 file. It does not identify songs, remove vocals or change ownership rights.

Audio quality

The output cannot improve the original source. A compressed or low-quality upload will remain limited by that source. File size and processing time depend on the duration and available audio bitrate.

Appropriate uses

Examples can include your own recorded videos, licensed media, public-domain material, creator-provided downloads, or content for which you have direct permission. A public webpage alone does not establish permission to copy music, performances or spoken recordings.

Not an audio library

Files are temporary and should be downloaded promptly. The service does not maintain a searchable catalogue, host permanent copies or provide account storage.
